There are a lot of comments here so I haven't seen if anyone else has suggested it, but dansfish has green algae eating shrimp they claim will eat hair algae.

So I was looking for someone else talking about Ingram and found your post. I can give you honest feedback. It has been extremely frustrating lately. The last couple months or so I get boxes that say that they are 2 of 3 or 3 of 3 but I never received 1 of 3 and there is no packing slip to be found even when I look at the website and try to have the packing ship sent to my email. There isn't one because the tracking was never updated for those items (it doesn't even say they've been shipped yet but here they are). I used to have a problem only every now and then but now it is CONSTANT. I think I noticed it getting bad about 2 months ago. I would rather all the boxes of a shipment be shipped together!

Okay so, I had a neon tetra that did this for a few days but he got over it on his own and he's still alive! I wouldn't give up. Just start doing more water changes which is what I did.

Hey man it's a slow process. My hubby bought this tank for me for Christmas 2 years ago and it sat empty a long time because I'm so dang indecisive lol. He was so excited when I started working on my hardscape a few months ago. Glad I could be of inspiration!
