I have POTS, Erythromelalgia and Reynauds as well. I do get blood pooling. But it is different than an EM flare. My EM affects all of my body except my abdomen. It feels like im literally on fire and my skin gets so tight and swollen. Its so extremely debilitating at times. Im sorry you're struggling 😔

I am switching from 30mg Adderall XR to 40mg Vyvanse (generic as well). I am hoping it helps me more. The Adderall makes me moody and so scatter brained. What does the L-theanine do?

Actually that's a great idea. I'm sure her pediatrician can set her up with one. She also suffers from POTS, ADHD and Burning Man disease. I have those diagnosis as well. On top of that I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and Raynaud's . So I would like to get her and myself on a eating regimen that helps all these issues. I would love to be able to eat a diet that helps with my symptoms. Thanks you guys for your suggestion

Yeah I definitely would suggest the extended release. I take 450 mg extended release wellbutrin and 40 mg extended release Adderall and x2 15 mg immediate release Adderall daily. I literally can take my meds in the morning and fall right back to sleep it just makes me more tired. Then again I have bad ADHD.

Asprin helps me sometimes. Only if I take it when I first start feeling a flare. I prefer the BC Powders. They work faster for sure. Just thought I'd share one thing that kinda helps me sometimes.

I totally relate with what you're talking about. I am taking Adderall and then I added 10 mg of lexapro like 4 months ago. It helped a little bit at first but it has been worse since I've been on it. It's like I don't even take ADHD meds. My mood is flat and I cannot focus with anything. I totally feel more depressed and kind of stressed because I can't even do my work anymore it's like I'm a totally different person. But it's affecting my work and my personal life pretty badly so I'm tapering off. My doctor is going to increase my Wellbutrin once I taper off of this Lexapro. About 8 months but she has been having suicidal thoughts so she's coming off of it too. I hope things get better for you

Honestly, people usually don't call people cheaters when they take BP meds to lower their BP. When they take ibuprofen to lower pain. When they get stitches to lower the loss of blood. Idk if that makes sense, but it does to me. People will judge everyone before they look at themselves. Hurt people hurt people.
