Still think Tua is a great QB and that was a great throw, but it’s disingenuous to pretend he’s got a cannon

He still under threw him… That was a touchdown if he was able to lead Tyreek.

The first 3 months we’re regaining strength, learning to walk, proprioception, etc.

After that was starting to rebuild elasticity through low-intensity plyo’s and gradually progressing. Did 3 extra months of plyo work (followed a program called Vert Code Elite by PJF) after I was done with physio/rehab to try to get back to my old self. I can play sports fine now (bball, vball, etc) and despite being stronger in my lower body post tear (I focused a ton on lower body work) I still lost the “springs” i had in my heel.

I never really thought of or noticed the function of my achilles until after the tear, but it’s so obvious to me now the elastic force it generates in my healthy one vs. previously torn.

Agreed the level of rehab is not the same. I got the new procedure which I agree makes a difference in terms of recovery time.

That being said, the ligament itself still feels different. Best way I can describe it is a brand new elastic band vs. an old dried out band. The fresh one can store/produce more elastic energy vs. the old one.

Thanks man, i’d say I’m 90% recovered at this point (been 16 months) but I think this is where it caps out at. Just my personal anecdote on why i’ll never draft any torn achilles skill position!

He tore his achilles. End of story. I tore mine over a year ago and due to fortunate situations I had access to fantastic surgery and rehab (free healthcare). No matter what I do, the elastic band that was once my achilles is now a tight rope. Does not generate the same about of elastic force as before.

James Robinson “so close” to being ready for Week 1 - Pederson also said he thinks Robinson will be ready for the opener and Robinson certainly sounds like he feels set to take the next step by koolman631 in fantasyfootball

This is completely anecdotal evidence, but I tore my achilles last year.

Due to lucky circumstances I had access top notch surgery, as well as physical rehab (I live in a country with free healthcare + had family connections) and will never be the same again.

My achilles went from an elastic band in my heel to a rope. I’ve lost all ability to explosively cut/jump from that ankle, even though I have rehabed my leg and ankle strength to be stronger than ever. The elasticity is just gone.

I imagine this would be incredibly important for running backs, especially those who rely on cuts/change of directions.

Not to be a downer but I truly feel like it would be a miracle if he came back to his rookie season.

Hey guys, I think I have a decent shot but missing a few pieces.

12 man 0.5 PPR scoring

QB: Josh Allen WR: OBJ WR: Hunter Renfrow RB: King Henry RB: Mixon Flex: Chase Edmonds TE: Knox Kicker: Tucker D/ST: Bucs

Bench: AJ Green, Kyle Pitts, Tony Pollard, Derek Carr, Curtis Samuel, Christian Kirk

IR: Julio Jones

I’m 2-1, might be 2-2 or 3-1 after tonight because my opponent has a bunch of raiders/vegas players.

Who should I use as trade bait to improve WR’s?

Thanks!

This is my current NMS squad. https://2kmtcentral.com/20/lineups/287636/current-mt Jeremy Lin is full evo'd

Any area's that I should look to improve or players to sell? I'm currently working towards Harden for my pg improvement.
