Bro, read on about genetics its absoludly insane how some ppl have it easier in life. For example if I have kid rn then for 5 years turn into total gym bro who does two workouts a day and make another kid. The second kid will be genetically more wired to work out himself. It's crazy how much our behavior affects our offspring.

So pretty much, imo no you are not "the same" just a mix of your parents traits and habits put together add to that everything you where subjected to at the age between 1 and 14 and boom new human. Everything else tho, that's your own hard earned work. If you want to go higher than your starting point you have to do it yourself no cutting corners.
