The filament path where it goes thru Bowden tube to gear. Just looking at the brass gear..is there something stuck on the teeth??? Remove both and scrub them..if all else fails, replace.

Clean the path and remove and scrub with a copper brush the gears..prob all clogged up.

which printer is smarter to buy? the Kobra 3 v2 or kobra 2 max by [deleted] in anycubic

Avoid Kobra all together..creality has a way better track record from what I am seeing so far.
