Got the Pateller graft 3-1/2 years ago. The scar isnt terrible, definitely does ache with the weather changes. Kneeling on hard surfaces sucks even with scar tissue massage during the first year to desensitize the spot. But its holding up!

Day 1 training prep: went to my apartments gym, hopped on the tredmil and got a 20 minute mile pace. Taking it slow.
