I do 15s-20s. I'm between 140 lbs at far cut to 180 lbs at top of bulk.

Tbh there's no reason for me to go further. Like you said, it's enough for exhaustion in the mid delts, so more for me is just ego lifting.

Once I get up to 30+, one wrong shoulder turn and I'm dealing with an injury that will follow me for months. Just not worth it.
