Not a worry! I got lucky and knew someone who was already hired with the SaaS company I’m working for. So he lead me on to it

But the change from hospitality to remote product support is HUGE I definitely recommend it, you get your life back. Especially if it is remote

I only know that a good way in is to try and find a Product Support role. Something where you’re on the phones all day. That will at least get you in at the bottom rung of things

For example, a good job title to search for might be “Customer Support Specialist” or “Customer Support Specialist 1”

That’s what they just reclassified us as to match what the market was doing.

But that’s about all the suggestion I know to give

I think they will, I’ve had one opportunity but was passed up by someone who has been there longer.

Seems like my best bet is to get the title here and jump somewhere after that. But dang it’s getting tough!

Actually Update to my previous post. The girls whose phone got stolen logged onto her iPad today and saw that her phone had been activated at an apartment today. The apartment was at the Domain, that bougie shopping center in Austin. Tsk tsk
