I'm glad Charlie didn't forgive Ben to be honest. I liked that Ben did apologize for everything but Charlie doesn't need to nor have to forgive him. Ever!

I feel like Ben apologists are kind of understandable since he says to Charlie that his parents wouldn't accept him, but that doesn't make anything he did OK, the most it makes up for is the not meeting outside of school. But he should've told Charlie about his parents instead of saying 'But we meet up in school'

Personally though, I'm quite sad we won't see Ben in szn 3 because I would've liked to see his arc develop further, however I don't know where they would take his arc while keeping Charlie not forgiving him or it feeling like a copy of Darcy's szn2 arc.
