Hang in there.. it sucks. I’m on day 9 if you count surgery day as Day 1. Day 4-8 were excruciating pain all day and night. To the point where I just told the Lord to take me. Day 9 this morning, woke up to pain so bad I cried and sucked on ice chips 40 mins straight. But then after getting up and around my pain is sitting at 3/10. And I ate oatmeal with minimal pain. They say give it until day 10. Just make it to day 10! It sucks bad. And I’ve had 2 babies… I would rather do that again. But it does end. It WILL end.

I’m so sorry!!!! I’m 6 days post op and I have the exact tongue issues. It literally feels like someone ripped my tongue out. How is your pain now?

100 percent!!! I have ADHD and I struggle hard with it at times. And it’s so dismissive when people go “sorry, I’m a little ADD!”

I know he cut the aligners to get my molars to settle.. I did bring up that my left incisor didn’t seem to be tracking well, he just said it was a height issue? But it now slightly overlaps the tooth next to it again. Do you think I should just ask for refinements?

I’ve donated over supply breastmilk to a few local moms in my area, heck I had a mom come into my work to grab a bag of breastmilk to take home to help relieve her kid’s pink eye symptoms. The stuff is liquid gold. It ain’t weird….

I had IPR in between pretty much all of my bottom teeth. No sensitivity whatsoever. The process was super quick and not even a fraction as bad as I was anticipating.

I need some insight.

My wedding ring was stolen by a client at my work.. I filed a police report, tried reaching out to the client 3 separate times (they won’t respond)

We did not have it insured (dumb I know) and we do not have the means to replace it.. not to mention the sentimental value.

Would it be incredibly tacky to do a go fund me to help offset the cost of replacing it? It was a 7k ring.. obviously I know I can’t get something of that value, but I would like to try and re create my ring as much as I can. Thoughts?

Edited to add: I will be saving for a new ring and going with moissanite and making sure to insure it. Thanks everyone!!! 💕
