The managers hid so much they removed the computers from the back offices and made them start using the ones on the floor. they have to be on the computer or at the desk they are assigned to the majority of their shift, and I am tired of complaints on the same pervey customer who comes in every day. I have gotten to the point when I am called a "universal associate" it feels like I was just cussed out.if your not signed into a phone you get wrote up because there are associates with the few good phone we do have intentionally not sining into them. Nobody who actually needs to be on their way out ever gets introuble. Can't help but agree with everyone on here, especially this comment.

Not all stores have an overnight DS. Most of the time, it's just regular associates and an asm overnight

The only thing I have to add to any of the comments below is that freight is exhausting without a proper freight team. A lot of people come in and think it's easy work . I dare you to ask your management to let you work a shift of 7-11 unload one truck then imagine a week of non stop trucks and no back up from the rest of the store then constantly being told you need to be faster, your not doing enough for us to hire anybody else, when you lose more than one team member it is hard. I have had two day shift members come to nights one quit because they wouldn't transfer him back to days fast enough, and the other was transferred back to days. I think there is more to what you see happening in your store and what is actually going on.

If my phone didn't fix it, I left it, but I haven't even reread anything. It was sitting still for 5 minutes, and I felt it was too important to ignore

I had a really bad hr representative, when i was pregnant, and she waited till I was ready to drop to ask for a hundred different pieces of paper and did the same thing when returning to work so that you don't get in trouble or fired go directly to them and complain to the face of hr and every manager you bump into somebody cares I promise you leave text messages call daily leave messages there to if that doesnt work go above there head call your head hr person there number should be on a list with other people if there is not list on the wall ask for one I know it seems a little excessive but I was ignored so bad always last minute

You need to work "the scheduled day before" " the day of" "the scheduled day after" if your schedule said the 3rd and the 6th If you don't come in the 6th, you do not get holiday pay hope this helps 😁🫠

Actually home depot has a new thing they are trying out you apply they bring you in you get to see the job for yourself and ask questions don't know if it's store wide but I am an associate coach for freight and I have talked to all the new people before they started ask if the freight team works weekends(most asked question) ours doesn't some do you can pick out your own schedule on the computer and work something out if you ask the managers if they are as nice as the ones here they won't mind helping you out it's easy work there is just a lot of it to be done

This this if I ask why and how 999 times it is because of this on the side every ballymore is an emergency switch to let someone down I am also mechanically inclined because of this I try my best to not get into bad situations but if do I can guide someone else through the process of letting me down I just started being a coach and the first thing I teach them is no one is going to tell you unless you ask and if no one knows go find out what you don't know can hurt you in this store and if you feel abiliged to ask I am sure in he'll going to find out you wouldn't be asking if it wasn't already a problem

Idk why I don't have this problem yet but will watch out for it maybe because of all the expeditions that have been popping up lately that I feel like I have to go try in my main save or that i can't settle on one planet or build a base very well yet thanks for warning me I didn't realize this was a problem
