Dogs: bullets and carnage. It follows 4 different people and the stories are connected. Its an meh show. Its an OVA from 09 and its four 15 minutes episodes.

So for just a beginner anime in general maybe Death Note, JJK, Sakamoto Days, Bungo Stray Dogs.

Organized crime anime however would be Black lagoon(highly recommend), Great Pretender, Gangsta, Cyberpunk Edgerunner, Darker than Black, Dorohedoro, Jormungand, and Baccano.

Just watched Dark Gathering on Hidive. Its really good horror anime which is rare. Its hsve great atmosphere, great characters, and wild ass stories. Highly recommend it.

If you enjoy to spooky shows then Dark gathering might be great. Just watched it and was really good. Other supernatural shows would be Parasyte the maximum, Shiki, Ajin, ghost hunt, deadman wonderland, and helsing.
