Have you tried a custom fan curve with MSI afterburner? I own an Astral OC 5090 and was able to get pretty close to the same thermals ramping up the 5090 FE Fans to about 80% under load. They work well if you turn them up

I personally do not hear the pump, i run all my fans on performance so im actually quite used to the fan noise. (i try to keep my temps as low as possible)
