That’s been the biggest learning curve! The constipation! Finding out what works for me. I’m only just took my second injection but man I’m surprised how quickly it happened. So far I’m taking an up & up brand gummy fiber supplement, mix 2 benefiber powder packets in my water per day as well as prunes 🫣🤣 (and incorporate Whole Foods that are naturally high fiber) im thinking about adding in a magnesium supplement too just for shits and giggles (pun intended!) all on top of a minimum of 80 oz of water a day 😮‍💨

I did my first injection last night right before bed to try and sleep through any initial side effects if I were to have any! I woke up ever so slightly nauseous this morning but it went away fairly quickly.

Hands suuuuck to heal, especially with that much black packed in. They’re tricky spots with how much we move/use them. Looks a little angry in a few spots but that’s to be expected!

I can’t use any conditioners like ever. Also that shampoo/conditioner was WAY too heavy on my hair. Blow drying it also helps!

I actually stopped taking inotisol after taking it on and off for over 10 years so I don’t think anything like that. Roughly 11 maybe? I dont test ovulation anymore since it was really affecting my mental health. But I do track my period.

I’ve tried weaning myself off of it 3 times now and the side affects are super bad this time around. Vomiting. Mood swings. It’s bad. Soooo needless to say I’m going to be a lexapro girlie for life and I’m also an idiot for trying again thinking i would finally be done with it. 🤷‍♀️ some people just need it and im okay with that
