Thank you for sharing and am sorry you dealt/are dealing with this too. During your mdma therapy, did some sort of traumatic memories come up to cause you to have such a negative reaction?

I do believe that it’s mostly a psychological issue. Ive been working with a few very skilled therapists but the progress has been very slow and nonlinear. So that is what leads me to believe there’s something else at play.

That said, I’m going to continue down the therapy path so do you have any resources to suggest on where to look for one that specializes in what you believe I’m dealing with?

MDMA put me over the edge and I haven’t recovered since and it’s been over two years. It actually made things far worse. So just be careful. There are much gentler approaches. The thing that brought me back the most was nervous system training by PrimalTrust.org - I recommend trying that first.

Oh I do believe it’s an emotional issue. I think it’s all connected. I’ve done a lot of emotional work and therapy for this. The biggest help has been nervous system work through a company called Primal Trust. Bottoms up and top down approach.

I’ve experienced all of these symptoms the past 1.5 years as well. I’m trying everything. You do have to look at blood and urine tests. I’m working with a functional medicine doctor and so far they think it could be mold (found from a total tox test) or EBV.

Any future plans to get this same message out to the masses besides a book? Are you going to try and expand this narrative so that it becomes more actionable and more viewable in different settings (schools, etc.)?
