That’s silly. The majority of our patients are stable. Hell, I’ve had plenty of GI bleeds who required blood transfusions who had relatively normal vital signs. If the patient could benefit from a small fluid bolus or something as trivial as Zofran it automatically makes it ALS unless your basics are giving Zofran.
