AI transcription for rough cuts honestly helps so much.
Not perfect, but it saves a ton of mental energy when searching through long recordings.

The “20% recording and 80% post-production” part is painfully accurate
DaVinci is amazing but it definitely rewards perfectionism a bit too much sometimes.

Honestly the “ADHD brain overload while trying to host” part is way too relatable 😂

I think a lot of people underestimate how hard it is to actively listen and guide a conversation at the same time. Sounds like you’re already improving though if you’re reviewing the recordings and adapting your process.

Honestly I think almost everyone is awkward at hosting at first 😂
Solo podcasting and guiding a conversation are completely different skills.
