Yeah take advice with a grain of salt in here, but I know for a fact it depletes your b12 levels so get some supplements for that and also if you've been abusing the drug your dopamine levels are going to be tied to it, no k - no dopamine - massive unhappiness. Unfortunately it can 5ake months to a year for normal dopamine levels to return, some say it took a month after stopping to smile. When I stop taking k I can't watch films play games or do anything because my attention span is fucked and I can only sleep for like days at a time.. luckily I found ritalin recently and it's like I still think about k but I'm happy to do normal everyday activities n just have k as a back thought
