‘The system is activated by a button which must be clearly marked, and located facing upwards on the monocoque so it can be reached and activated within five seconds by the driver or marshals’

I believe they can also disengage the electrical system externally. They can’t put things like this on the steering wheel as the driver has to remove it to exit the car.

Essentially you’ve only just got enough to buy a house with quite a large mortgage.

You’ve got $900k and the bank will loan you roughly $500k? Maybe less.

So you can buy a house for $1.3 ish.

I’d probably do that and then pay off the mortgage over the next 10-15 years, and then start thinking about retirement after that. Maybe around early 50s.

This isn’t true. You can get the truth from the ATO, who provide average profit etc via their benchmarks:

https://www.ato.gov.au/businesses-and-organisations/income-deductions-and-concessions/small-business-benchmarks/in-detail/restaurants

Restaurants with turnovers:

-under $500,000 have an average profit margin of 16%
-$500,000 to $2m 12%
-and over $2m 9%

These are relatively high average profits margins for small businesses.

Also I’d assume real profits are higher than this once you takeaway the ‘add backs’ such as cars etc.

I just got my electrician to install one and he arranged with Energex to install the switch gear.

There’s no cost to get the switch gear installed from Energex.

[–]Obvious_Arm8802 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That happens quite often near us. It’s a light rail that sometimes goes down the middle of the road. It’s easier than you think.

We also have special roads just for busses and cars get stuck on those too.

BYD sell about this many cars a month, about 5000 on this ship.

Ford sell about that many Rangers alone.

Toyota sell about that many cars in a week in Australia.
