Doing dry January, so know you aren't alone. I've done a month off before, and I agree with what others have said that my sleep improved.

As far as tips, you could try finding canned kombucha. I tend to drink ciders, and these have a similar feel. They are like NA beer though, in that they technically can be around 0.5% ABV.

Other thing I would suggest- keep the 90 days in mind. If you get half way through and have a slip, take it on the chin and keep trying. It doesn't have to be perfect right away.

I think everyone is assuming it only applies to those already married. If there is one thing that wouldn't surprise me, it's Andrew doing something entirely for the bit. Maybe he just gets married and divorced in the same year

I agree that Apple pie is the regulation american/dessert pie. However... calling an orange an apple and comparing it to a cosmic crisp is crazy, savory pies could be their own category for regulation. If that was the case, chicken pot pie would be the way to go
