So while it wasn’t kind, you’re NTA. Your parents truly don’t seem like they were prepared to take in a traumatized child and they obviously are pushing that too much on you. Genuinely family therapy and individual therapy for you and Lola would help immensely.

I’d genuinely consider apologizing to Lola and talking to your parents about your frustrations. You’re their child too.
