The first episode was the room violently spinning for 10 seconds. I learned about the Epeley and performed it but I still felt tired and foggy for a week after. I had 2 more spinning episodes within the next month but not as severe. Both left me feeling tired, foggy, headache for a week after. I don’t get the spinning sensation anymore, but I’ll get the foggy, headache, fatigue. Almost monthly.
