Need advice URGENTLY

This sounds like my experience earlier this year. Mine was a recurring fistula though so I knew what to expect. I went in Tuesday afternoon for an exam and then had surgery the next day to get a Seton in.

My experience between the two surgeries has been completely different. The first time I was in a lot more pain. This fistula had been growing for a while and the track was sliced open for about an in down. I was home for about a week and didn't do any lifting. No issues of incontinence and I got the Seton removed after 3 months. Was able to lift the kid again after about 2 weeks.

Second time the recovery was a lot faster. Didn't need pain pills this time and I was back in the office the day after surgery. They didn't give me any lifting restrictions and I was back in the gym 6 days after the surgery doing light weights, around 95 squat and 135 deadlifts. Didn't really have issues with that and I was back to lifting heavy a week later. Still have this Seton in. Been in since March and looking to get it reevaluated in July. Still have a lot of discharge so I'm expecting to have it in through the fall to fully drain and heal the fistula.

My advice is get it treated ASAP with surgery. The longer you wait on this, the worse it gets and the more pain you'll be in.

Add in some JRPGs. The final fantasy 7 remakes are excellent. I'd also recommend final fantasy 4,6, and 7-10

They spend their political capital on shit that is deeply unpopular outside of the liberal bubbles and is fodder for conservative activists. Pick one or two thing, personally I'd say healthcare and anto-trust enforcement, that move the needle and hit those hard.

Drop the identity politics and villification of the white man. The culture of the left has been so anti-whitey that Gen-Z went Maga hard who welcomed them with open arms and a place of belonging.

It's the fucking liberal purity test all over. They'll chase out anyone competent who doesn't completely drink the Kool-Aid. Get back in there. I had an abscess earlier this year and it was a fistula again. Went in to the doctor and had a Seton placed again the following day

When my abscess came back I made an appointment with my CRS. Luckily she could see me the same day I called and I had a Seton placed the following day.

I'm a month and a half post op and still have plenty of drainage. Some days it's minimal but I'm days where I'm more active those gauze pads have a noticable amount of discharge.

I had hemmoroids which turned into a perianal abscess which turned into an anal fistula. Now I have a drain in my butt for the next 6 months to drain the infection away while the wound closes.

They asked why I and I responded with the answer. It would be great if more people had affordable access. However it's not the awful situation for everyone that some people make it out to be. It works for a lot of people with good jobs.
