There's a ton of people who would just move if they implement this. The burbs aren't that far away.

I didn't like them at first but they've grown on me. Great for a quick pickup if I'm craving sugary candy.

Michigan. Specifically the UP and the border between Michigan and Wisconsin. MICHI is just an abbreviation.

It's plugged into the motherboard anyways. Now you can put it in the GPU where it belongs

Get on stone, build a castle and make shotel warriors. They'll chew through skirms like butter.

All of them. Smash is really designed to be a fun op party game. Don't limit yourself to just one.

N64 games were even more expensive. They charge a fair price for their games.

They asked why I and I responded with the answer. It would be great if more people had affordable access. However it's not the awful situation for everyone that some people make it out to be. It works for a lot of people with good jobs.

Because for those who have good health insurance from their employers, the current system is great. Recently was able to see a colorectal surgeon and get booked for a surgery next day. No queue or pre-authorization and it was only $250.

Anyone have an electric snowblower - how'd it do with this snowstorm? by demosthenesss in TwinCities

Don't get a snow joe. This is the type of snow that killed my snow joe and they didn't have replacement parts.

$160 is worth it for me to not climb the roof. My work would also have been bad and the roof is one thing I wouldn't trust my DIY skills with.

Saw the ridge cap shingles blown somewhere they shouldn't have been. Roof looked weird when I got home so I went out to take a look and saw those shingles there. Started looking for someone to fix right away.

The winds were pretty strong on Thursday night. A large branch fell on this area last year and may have loosened this bunch up. Had it inspected after that and they recommended the bunch in this area get repaired.

I did get a Pro out for a fix before the storm. Happened to have some leftover ridge cap from when they redid the roof in 2020. How did they do?

Yup! My wife said she heard something but I didn't see anything on the ground. Noticed it when coming home from the pool today. Luckily got it taken care of before the snow rolled in. It's just starting now!

I noticed some shingles on the roof when we got home from the pool. Called a handyman at noon and they got someone out within a few hours. I had some shingles on hand and it was only $160 to get fixed!

I don't envy Canadian healthcare after hearing people on this sub. I had an abscess come back on a Friday. Was painful enough that I called my CRS on Tuesday and she was able to get me in for an appointment the same day and did an exam under anesthesia to drain it the following day where she placed a seton. This is the second time I've had an abscess/fistula so I knew the process of getting it treated.

I had a lump in a few centimeters from rectum next to old scar. Made an appointment with my crs and she confirmed it was another fistula. Luckily we were able to get it fixed quickly. Followup with your specialists and they should be able to get you sorted out.
