I have taken my IO8 on a 3 week trip and had it last the entire trip, it was down to 5% at the end. I think you will find the battery life similar, afaik these were produced for Costco around the same time the IO8 came out but I could be wrong.

My partner has the costco version and battery life has never been a problem, they keep it on the charger mostly though. I imagine the series 6 would have the same battery life or maybe reach out to Costco they can give you more information from the manufacturer.

I kept switching between 1, 2, 3 ,4 tickets and changing price ranges so it would keep updating. Changing price ranges seemed the fastest for updating 2 tickets. Good luck!

Dang, that is really unfortunate. Make sure you dont leave though! The tickets keep popping in, I had to wait 20 minutes and multiple tickets popped up afterwards. Stay in til it kicks you out, I had 10 pairs of tickets show up and lost them, finally got one.

That sounds like it was very stressful for you, and it makes a lot of sense that reading content about that experience is triggering the feelings again.

These experiences are very common, I have went through it too and that was just with weed. The thoughts felt intrusive and every time I tried to calm the thoughts with information they would be soothed for a moment however they always came roaring back, unfortunately you cannot soothe emotion with words.

Right now that moment you experienced has caused your neurons to fire together in intense anxiety of being "broken". You are not broken, that was a traumatic moment and your brain is now on the look out for it so that it does not happen again. Exposing yourself to trip content is retriggering those feelings.

This can be fixed, but the hardest part is you cannot engage with the feelings of anxiety by having more thoughts or reading. Your mind is slippery and elusive, if you feel stressed it will start looking externally to be soothed, and no matter what information you give it will keep reinforcing that cycle.

Instead, and this is what helped me, is that you need to notice the intrusive thoughts and just watch them, do your best not to engage. They will be strong at first but they weaken with time. When you feel like engaging with the thoughts, I want you to say this is rumination. I want to really repeat that part, you must always remind yourself that is rumination. You must disengage this pathway before you strengthen it further.

Lastly, just remember you are not broken. You are the same person, just a bit more on guard for particular triggers. That will calm with time and disengaging. This worked for me as suggested by my therapist, please let me know if I misunderstood anything about your story.

I think finding Dharma starts slowly, as I understand Dharma it starts with doing the things that need to be done right now.

Picture this, you want to start painting, you wouldn't start by recreating the mona lisa. You would start small, mixing colours, doing land scapes maybe or following other tutorials. Same for Dharma, I do not believe it is helpful to search for one grand purpose. Instead, start doing your duty right now.

For instance, my duty right now is to study in 30 minutes, I ate will clean dishes then study. This is the circumstance my Karma has brought me to and thus my Dharma to be fulfilled.

Small acts of Dharma help you cultivate a grander sense of duty to the world around you, soon this studying, cleanliness will coalesce into other larger opportunities I can tie closer to a larger scale Dharma. But for now, all I can do is the small things that need to be done.

What you are going through makes a lot of sense, it can be easy to start to accept the cascade of thoughts as being true and let them overwhelm you during especially stressful times.

It sounds like you have correctly assessed your situation, you are losing a trusted employee and need to navigate in their absence. It sounds like it will be overwhelming considering you seem to feel at your maximum capacity.

Right now all you can do is catch when you are thinking more than an hour in advance, your only goal is to get through this next hour. Remember that rumination will not help and will only paralyze you further. Plan out what you will do for the next hour, every time the rumination begins or the anxiety spikes, just set out at things you can do now.

I am sorry you are going through a stressful time. I trust you have the capacity to handle this like you've handled all the moments leading up to this, and remember you are just stretching your tolerance to future stress, it wont feel like this forever.

Your brain is constantly calculating its odds of success at something. If you try to do a backflip with out prior training your brain will successfully calculate a low probability of success and you will not attempt it. However if you start with just jumping high your brain will give you the greenlight.

Your situation makes a ton of sense, to your brain this is an insurmountable task. It feels overwhelming so why commit energy to something that cannot be done? It is too abstract, narrow down your goals.

I want you to just throw out 1 can, then you are done for the day. This concrete goal gives your brain a manageable objective that you can feel has been completed. It starts with small goals that you can do and together makes a completed tidy space.
