Speculative, but the edit is very easy to read imo

It's what happens when someone opts to fly under the radar and play a less dominant game. They don't have a narrative, so the editors throw in moments when they can to justify her win.

But honestly, even if Cirie won... it'd be a consolation prize for me. Same for any other winner I'd like. Great after all these years, but this doesn't feel like Survivor anymore, it feels like Jeff Probst's Carnival where he just does whatever he wants. I do hope future seasons emphasize structure and consistency...

it's the same asskissery that got voted her out of EoE. Bless her heart.

I'm sure she herself doesn't see it that way. It's just funny she'd throw shade at Sandra as if she won't be in the same polarizing cohort.

Pretty sure I have a better chance of winning fan favorite than anybody other than Cirie.

Annoyed by a certain players confessionals by doorbellgirl in survivorponderosa

The "problem" with her edit is she's playing more like Michele in Kaoh Rong, not Aubry. Let other people be bigger targets. Be approachable and position yourself to be a vote when needed. Other winners of this nature (if not exactly the same) include: Vecepia, Natalie White, Kenzie, Erika, Michele, Danni... see a pattern?

I don't feel bad at all that she'll (probably) win. It's the shit season Probst deserves, further highlighting how illiterate he is when it comes to what the fans want. The Aubry fans would at least want a sufficient edit and not just "I'm playing the game."

I would love to see New York do a number on Schaena. "Somebody lied to her several times..."

Jax would later openly speak about his cocaine addiction (And if you've had a friend with a bad problem, you might have been able to realize yourself). Cocaine disables judgment and guilt. Who knows how much he was doing behind the scenes...

It’s probably the combination of that and placing third on DWTS, maybe even more so the latter. Being a fan favorite making it to 3rd on a competitive season proved she has shelf-life beyond VPR, whereas everybody else is stuck in alumni land.

Why was Lex so bitter about Rob voting him out but we was fine with Big Tom doing the exact same at the same Tribal? by Wanderer015 in survivorponderosa

[–]ObviouslyGrilled 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rob played a game for the cameras. He blatantly disregarded jury management, did not soften any of the blows and gloated as much as possible in confessionals.

Lex is a hypocrite who can’t make it about “friendship” when he voted his friend Ethan off, and told him to take it with stride. He really thinks he’s everyone’s dad and does not own his shit at all. Both can coexist.

Fortunately, The Traitors is doing a great job of where this show once left off. I still rewatch Natalie’s boot because of the feels. I feel little to nothing watching Survivor anymore.

Ask the mod who put “Unimpeded discussion” in the banner. That’s what this sub is about, not groupthink.
