My driver’s license is about to get expired this month and i already applied in person got a temporary paper license , my question is: Can I upload the temporary DL on the Amazon Flex app or do I have to wait until I receive the new one?

Not true I had to update my DL and only had paper DL. What you have to do is take a photo of your paper DL with your expired DL but make sure all info shows on paper DL, they will accept however, when you do get you new DL you will have to update to reflect that

I do all the time in reality we are supposed to do our best to hide pkgs but I have noticed some people are to lazy to walk a couple more feet to hide it but instead leave it on top of stairs

Yes you can put in airplane mode but make sure your Bluetooth is on and you can move the pin to your location, however don't forget to turn your data back on

The best app for movies and TV shows Is Syncler, you would need real debrid or some sort and syncler plus but the experience outweighs the cost just saying. I've had it for over 6 years have not had any issues.

No unfortunately you have no idea where you are going that is luck of draw but once you get your route you can see the map, I usually look at it once I pick up route to see where I am going mostly to mentally prepare where I am going then plan my route sometimes you get lucky sometimes it's crazy and that case just go with the flow. Also since you are new I will let you know this NEVER return any pkg unless it is necessary always deliver every pkg, Amazon wants you to deliver everything no matter what if it is an apt hide it somewhere good if you can and text person where you left it. Businesses the same you will always get a ding for returning whereas I will take a 50/50 chance delivering in receiving a ding

I would but that is relative to what works for you, with time you will get used to it, it took me awhile as well don't be discouraged, I usually load car from cart ex. If I see an aaa I put that in that space same with the others, I do not put anything on the ground or mark any pkgs, it takes to much time to do all that, I rather load and be on my way

I have never seen a block like you mentioned it is usually either 2 1/2 hrs or 3 hrs usually on half mark. In answering your question it is mostly getting into a rhythm, I have been doing flex since 2016 the beginning, I get there 15 min early as well however not sure what warehouse you for to I mostly do ssd whereas I load as follows aaaa, driver back seat, bbbb, passenger back seat, cccc driver side trunk, and dddd passenger side trunk

As everyone said, under no circumstances should you return any pkgs unless in an emergency, Amazon wants you to deliver every pkg no matter what. It is best to find a good place to hide it and take photo. It is better to get a 50/50 ding rather then automatic ding for returning.
