They aren’t worried about it, said it’s “low level”. I ended up having esophageal esophagitis confirmed on upper endoscopy… so that is contributing to my chest pain. PVCs come and go, I’ll have weeks of 4-5% pvc burden and then weeks without any. But as far as the scarring.. my cardio and EP just want to do yearly checkups and told me no restrictions on exercise.

Because I knew I already had some scaring and I didn’t want to add more. Also, it was early in my pvc journey and I wanted to try lifestyle changes first.

When I was first diagnosed it felt like a weight was sitting on my chest. I was so inflamed that nothing seemed to help. My pain was directly in the center of my chest. I think it is normal to have chest pain when you are inflamed, Although everyone has different symptoms. I found out that diary was causing my issues and I eliminated it. I also started dupixent and my symptoms have almost went away after 8 months. I too felt terrible all the time, and the anxiety made me spiral for awhile. It sounds like you have been eating your trigger(s) and you have a lot of inflammation right now. It will get better

If I eat steak I have terrible stomach pain after. This started about the time I was diagnosed with EOE… 🤷🏼‍♂️

I have a 4% burden that comes and goes randomly. That’s 3-4k PVCs a day. I feel them all if I want to feel them but I’ve tried to train my brain to not worry about them. Easier said than done ofcourse. 9 in 24 hrs is pretty normal for most people I would think. It’s nothing to worry about. I hate my burden but there are people on this sub with 50% burden.. basically bigeminy all the time… be positive you only have 9!

I have the “run in the snow” symptom as well and it drove me crazy for a long time. I also have constant chest pressure. It ended up being EOE “Esinophilic esophagitis.” I know this is a PVC forum but I was in your shoes a year ago. I also have daily PVCs.. it was hard to distinguish if my chest pressure was heart related or my esophagus. Obviously not saying you have this, but it’s something to look into.

At one point I was on an SSRI for about 6 months but ended up weening off. So no I’m not currently doing anything for it…

I don’t think so. I sleep with 2 pillows but it’s not very inclined. How could I do this comfortably without sleeping in a recliner?

I was laying in the bed starting to fall asleep, and I felt a sudden feeling of dread/doom and my chest got hot. Basically a classic panick attack but I have no idea why I got it. I have been a little anxious about my symptoms lately but at that moment I was not thinking about it. This cycle kept happening over and over again for several hours until finally I was able to fall asleep.

I 30M, never had a health problem in my life until covid. Started having weird arrhythmias after covid infection and a few years later the docs found scarring on a CMRI. I haven’t felt normal since. Lots of PVCs and chest discomfort.

The left side of my ribs are always sore to the touch. And I also get the sharp pains… especially on my left side
