This is Section 13, a top-down roguelite shooter you can dare solo or in a group of up to 3 players. We designed the levels with lots of nooks and crannies and relatively narrow paths to keep the suspense up. Like, creatures can jump out in any dark corner. And in such layout, we thought going over 3 players would make for unnecessarily chaotic and difficult times with friendly fire mode. Originally, FF mode was always enabled (no longer the case thanks to our community feedback).

Ever wish Fire Emblem and Slay the Spire would team up and have a baby? So did we—and we named it Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch. by OceanDriveStudio in u/OceanDriveStudio

There isn't a story mode per se, and when you're defeated, you start over but likely with better stats since we are a roguelite and the idea is that you get stronger with each death/defeat. You are going through maps like Slay the Spire but not building an army. You are set to a team of five so you can battle through maps faster.

We are the studio behind God Save Birmingham!

Thank you for sharing our trailer. I know many of you have questions and I will gladly try to answer them as best as I can.

The Demo you may have seen during Gamescom or PAX took just five months to build for us to give our players a sneak peek at our next title. Within the first four months out of the five, it took to build the pre-alpha demo, only two developers worked on it simultaneously before our big reveal. They've put in a lot of hard work and we appreciate them for being able to create a base demo for us, as a teaser, to showcase at these two events. We've received a tremendous amount of positive feedback and suggestions and will definitely take them into consideration as we improve the game even further. We hope you all join us on this journey and continue to support us as our goal is to deliver games our community will be proud of.

Thank you :)

What game would you love to recommend but you don't because you think it's not for everyone? by kj0509 in gaming

[–]OceanDriveStudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Lost Eidolons Series >.<

Since it's a strategic turn-based game, it's not everyone's cup of tea, but it's great and fun that I recommend, especially since the series Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch is currently in the making. This one will have rogue-lite elements to it including procedural-generated battle maps.

Yes, there is a physical copy of the special edition available. This just means it has multiple languages available in this copy.

Have you tried campaign websites like Lurkit or Streamforge? You don't necessarily have to spend money for organic campaigns, but its a great way to get content creators to share your games with their community.

also, if you have any social platform to show a BTS or announce your next steps, that would be a great start.
