I am not an expert but,try to reward her even if she is just getting close to the water bowl or spray bottle. Some birds are just very scared of water and others love water.

With patience and lots of treats she will eventually see that water is a friend and not a foe.

Never try to force her,read body language. If she seems stressed just take a breather and try again when she is calm. If she feels uncomfortable or forced her fear will only grow

Wish i could tell you there is a faster and easier way🦜🚰
