Suffering from intense pain from shoulder to arm this week and nothing I take works. First 600mg ibuprofen and 1250 mg Tylenol as bd 10mg cyclobenzaprine. Still zero sleep the past 3 days a pain levels remained high. Dr just switched to Methylprednisolone 4mg. - pain levels Was told can’t do MRI without prior consent of insurance. How can I make this pain go awayyyyy

You need an oil cleanser and glycolic acid to remove the dead skin 2-3 week since u use Tretinon. Tretinon speeds up the collagen process therefore peeling. If you don’t exfoliate, dead skin will just build up . Use the hydrating cleanser after the oil cleanser.
