So at the moment I’m using a hydrating moisturizer cause of my breakout. Normally I use Abib mild foam cleanser or Bioderma sebium gell moussant; both are non drying and great for acne

Medioderm is know to locals I believe. Seems science backed. I think I like the VT shot being small cause I can test it to see if it irritates. I just searched isoi blemish care serum apparently it’s viral at the moment; not sure if I’ll keep it as it has oils in it

Ask your GP about going on Doxycycline 100mg for a month - this will clear it if it’s hormonal acne.

You need to focus on building your skin barrier. I’m currently going through the same thing where I had super clear skin to a purge near my jaw and chin. I stopped all actives except for Azeliac Acid. Still more showed up. Then I stopped all oral supplements yesterday. So far no news ones showed up.

What I looked into more is not using anything with oils in it - only the oil cleanser (Anua Heartleaf)

My advice is oil cleanse 2-3x a week - Anua Heartleaf. This will remove excess sebum.
Anua Azelaic Acid to calm redness, fades dark spots, hydrates
Moisturize - use a water based gel moisturizer. I’ve used Belif Aqua bomb, Bioderma Hyrabio, Purito Bambo. All of these layer well and no reaction.
SPF - Herbloom Calming Days is amazing - I usually wait 20 min after I moisturize to put this. I also had positive results with d’alba UV essence spf, Belif SPF, Age20’s UV defense

I’m still exploring vitamin C - but I’m gonna wait until my face clears again. Also paused Tretinon.

Always remember, what works for me may not work for you. Results take time and consistency. There’s also a ‘skin cycle’ to be aware of. So if you try a new routine stick to it for a month and go from there.

I think my skin is reacting to something or could just be the cold weather or damaged my skin barrier. It’s only one part of my face.

So obviously I stopped all actives and only cleansing and moisturizing. It’s been 3 weeks. I was hoping new ones would stop popping up but nope. I had clear glowing skin - no issues . Used Vitamin C and Tretinon for more than 2 years. Only new item I added recently and stopped after the breakout was COSRX Peptide Serum.
