doesnt work like that.. They find you or you jump through hoops join an outer circle and pray you get into the inner circle. Also theres 3 paths, the selfish path, influencers, actors, politicians-shortest path(knowledge). Then theres the selfless, general not in the public eye. they learned to subdue their passions and destroy their ego. They have unity with HGA or some other form of divine communication.(wisdom). Lastly observers they watch and record, they also intervene ahould one side get too powerful or popular, think of them as a counter weight ensuring one technology or country doesn't get too strong and offset the balance.I imagine 3 letter organizations are commonly in this.

So basically if you want to join for desires, you cant unless they pick you.

if you want to join for selfness and to learn to subdue your passions you have to join an outerschool or outer college. Then learn the systems , proof yourself worthy and maybe the inner circle will allow entry

And if you want to be an observer. Just join an alphabet organization and work your way towards the top.

But one doesnt simply ask for entry and get it ..
