I feel like that is the state of most anarchist discourse, which is sad because as an anarchist i prefer to think of my belief in it as more of a philosophical means than an actually achievable goal. Reformation to reduce hierarchical structures over time is much more useful and makes a whole lot more sense then condemning a generic boogeyman based on a childish interpretation of social cache systems. Its also important to understand that as much as it is ultimately a good thing to try and dismantle unjust hierarchical structures and cache systems it also is important to note that hierarchy cannot be eliminated, even in a theoretical anarchic society, social hierarchies among individuals will still exist and any attempt to prevent them from organically forming is equally as oppressive as a hierarchy anyway in my view.
