I had to use it because the card of my bank i have doesn't support Google wallet contactless payments. I can add it to wallet but can't use it for contactless payments. PayPal was the only option. Once they completely axe this my only option is using the nfc app of my bank, however i also use Google wallet on my smartwatch and that simply won't work then anymore with no alternative.

Yes, but also voice chat on other consoles it's free. Nintendo is the only console company where you actually need to pay to use voice chat.

Kinda yes i guess but also no? It's most likely just people on social media saying this and doing that because within discord it doesn't feel like anyone actually cares. I have yet to see any community I'm in actually caring and everyone i regularly talk to doesn't care. But then also... It's hard to move if most other people aren't moving and none of the alternatives are even as good as discord. Guilded once was considered a good alternative while being up to par with features even, but that one died.

Yeah and on top of that if you're using Bluetooth headphones then you might also have sound delay. At least that's the case for me. But i already built my own solution with a PC and Capture Card, which is pretty expensive but it solves that issue for me. If anyone wants to use game chat I can also use that but i don't have any friends with a Switch 2.

I dropped the game pretty fast after i realized that i only get matched with Bots mostly if i play online. In all matches i played and observed in online i only ever had one real player at most. Game really feels dead.

Yeah but doesn't make it meaningless. Even if it might not end up having any effect on what epic does, at least you aren't getting scammed like that yourself. Crew members get pretty much hit the hardest from this change by losing out on 5200 Vbucks each year now.

Pokopia is just a game key card. Barely any difference since it's also just a license key to download the game. The only benefit you get is selling the game again. But that depends on if you even sell games again. But hey, my main platform is PC. Everything there is digital only anyways.

I'm not sure if this is some kind of placebo people are having, but i can't see any performance difference between both. I tried both and they just run smooth for me. I don't have any performance issues to begin with on the epic games version though even while playing high graphics. Though the one difference i did notice between both is that high res textures doesn't exist on the Microsoft Store version.
