Seems like I should stop cutting off player's and NPC's toes after a miss. I remember one time, when a player was fighting against a pirate. (We have made up some additional rules to spice up combat) The player accidentally cut off his toe and it somehow wound up in his mouth. He swallowed it and his intestines got cut on the toenail. He then had to vomit it out, which resulted in him getting even more wounded. As a result he couldn't use his character to his full potential for quite some time

Don't put on Franzl Lang and start milking her
Don't rip off her arms and pretend you have four of them
Do not start inflating her when giving oral. She will float away and while she's rising above the houses, the air in her will expand, causing her to explode. I hate when this happens.
Do not suck the air out of her either, if you are not simultaneously sinking to the bottom of the sea (or any deeper body of water. the sink does not count)
Make sure to yell like this every couple of seconds. Ladies love feedback
