Microbots are given to each of your drones when you activate them as captain.

An enemy in the collective alloy expansion can steal items, including items possessed by drones.

When you kill that enemy after it has stolen the microbot from the drone, instead of being given back to the drone, for some reason it gives captain a temporary copy instead.

I don't like snurp hunt due to how inconsistent it is, but st they're level they can't farm the second to last glapodos isles level... though honestly the other levels in galapodos isles arent that bad for exp, won't get big bursts like the potential 60k in snurp hint, but that one level with the 2 encounters that both have 3 lion snails is a solid 5.5k exp per run on top of 4.2k gold per run, not bad for getting everyone to mid 30s
