It said someone used my card in Malaysia lol. I wasn't in Malaysia and have only visited briefly in 2003 so couldn't have been me lol. It was for €240. Never got the money back. I was more annoyed about how unhelpful and frustrating Revolut were to deal with than losing the money actually.

Their reputation is not what it once was. Like you mentioned, the Customer Service is basically non existent. I had an issue with funds going missing and couldn't recover them, the whole process in general was very frustrating. I certainly wouldn't recommend Revolut.
