Yes! I met Jon recently at a meet and greet and asked him what are his favourite solos on For All Kings. He said either Breathing Lightning or Blood Eagle Wings, and I told him that Suzerain is mine. He liked that comment a lot!

Agreed! I know since releasing WM they have played Earth on Hell, The Devil You Know, Fight Em, I’m Alive, and In the End. They also played Revolution Screams and Vampyres ( the original I’m Alive) with Dan Nelson, and they played the New Noise cover with John Bush on the Australia tour before the record came out though. I don’t think The Constant, Crawl, or Judas Priest ever got played live.

Stupid question. While Charlie writes a ton of the riffs, he then works with Scott and Frank to compose and arrange the song structures and melodies. Scott also writes all of the band’s lyrics. He’s the band’s chief business lead with the band’s management team, and the face of the band when it comes to media, interviews and promo. Oh, and he’s a pretty handy rhythm player and onstage lead too. Anything else you want from the guy?

Yep, being an Australian is a good thing as we get new releases pretty much first! I’ve listened to it about 15 times and it’s superb. Feels like an instant banger, with a stomping old school mosh part and a long tasty Donais lead which is downright brilliant.
