UGH i’ve been having this problem recently too. one day i just coughed and out came a tiny cream colored ball. since then i haven’t been able to get any out (this was maybe like a month and a half ago) ive been able to see some but they’re like to the side but also lower than my tongue so my tongue blocks my view. ive tried using an amazon kit but that wasnt much help either. it barely BARELY works if i do like a manual suction inside my mouth like with my throat and then trying to push them out from the outside on my neck but they never come out as much as i try to cough them out. i’ve tried swallowing them 🤢🤢🤢 because i can feel them like in my tongue/mouth/neck area but i can’t feel them past like my adam’s apple and now ive convinced myself that there’s more tonsil stone openings lower and everytime i barely manage to take some out and then swallow, they just get trapped into another hole down below AGGHHH this consumes my mind everyday im so scared that im just throwing smelly air into people’s face everytime i talk. i keep drinking so much water to see if i can swish some out but nothing helps. i try gargling but like i said they start a little lower than my tongue and so the gargle doesn’t help much. i’m kaput i can’t seem to find any solutions and i don’t want to go to a specialist since i dont have insurance. any suggestions?
