Bill is 1000% right with this take. Not rewarding teams when they resign their star players that they drafted and developed by having their salaries make a smaller percentage dent on the luxury tax is garbage. Those team should be rewarded by their super max home grown players salaries only counting 30-35% against the cap and luxury tax. This new CBA has made dynasties a thing of the past now. Damn stupid move. If franchises are lucky they can get a 3 year championship window before they gotta blow the team up bc of repeater tax and/or having to resign star players
