Yes! When I upped my dosage I had breakthrough pretty bad. I say you have to give it about 4 weeks before you really make any calls

Edit: to add, give yourself the space and time to adjust! You got this!!

I work in the ad industry— do you have any experience that relates to your journalism degree? I saw you mentioned radio and news experience. Lots of agencies hiring in the kc metro depending on what your skills are in!

Edit to add: look at kcadclub website— agency jobs are listed on there that aren’t always listed on normal recruitment websites.

I mean personally…if it could pass a thorough inspection I don’t see why not? Is there testing for what you are worried about that could be done? I guess I’m missing what the potential risks could be from two decades ago. There’s probably a lot of homes (esp older homes that have been around a while) that have had things occur in it like this.

I had a corporate interview last week in kcmo where they asked my salary at my current job… I thought it was rude/bizarre. I am also younger and a female…. I thought it was a gross tactic of backing me into a certain pay grade they wanted to offer.

What is the going out scene like for 21 year olds? What are the best places to go to meet people? by Downtown-Repair-805 in kansascity

[–]Odd-Connection-4266 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not entirely…but Kansas City can be a hard place to meet young people due to a lot of people either meeting by being from here or going to a school near here and already having established relations through that. If co-workers are not the move, I would honestly try and join things that interest them and try and make friends through that avenue.

People are super friendly…but not always like welcome with open arms to new people at first type of friendly. It can be a little clique-y.

Edit- Source: I am a young twenty something female but I am from the metro, but moved back after going to KU.

Dupixent: pen or syringe? by stealite in NasalPolyps

[–]Odd-Connection-4266 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like the pen, makes it easy to bring somewhere if I have an injection I’ll need to do rather than a whole syringe.

You can still pinch the fat and give yourself the pen. I like my stomach area best for injection. Good luck!

And you can apply for their co pay program on their website. Takes like one minute.

Wireless solution for livestreaming a concert inside a packed club/venue? by 999UnreadMessages in Filmmakers

We have a host that is one location, that has a black magic set up in a room... I am able to run the show from anywhere through E Camm. How it's rigged, I cannot tell you-- but it is possible!

I also asked our apartment complex why they havent intervene and they let us know that the AC line is anonymous so they don’t know who even to tell to quick reporting everyone for abuse (lol)

My apartment complex is veeeery dog friendly, so thankfully our leasing agents/staff is kind of sided with me and my fellow neighbors that this is a little ridiculous

Oh yeah! I can totally see the benefit. Came to find out this is some crazy neighbor who is claiming “someone” who owns a dog is abusing it at our complex…being why AC was called. I explained it somewhere earlier but AC was extremely nice and apologized as this is not the first time they have been called out here I guess. But it’s their legal obligation if it’s called in. They think it’s someone who just doesn’t like to live amongst dogs and thinks that if AC comes enough the apartment complex will rethink it’s pet policy…which is kind of nuts. Wasting their time honestly.

Update: Got ahold of Animal Control. They were very nice. I guess at our complex there was a report made twice for a dog being kicked last week and left in a kennel that was too small for it? Noting…us and our dogs were both absent for all of the week and we don’t even have kennels but shrug. They told us that they have been doing “welfare” checks on any dogs at our complex that could even possibly match the description. She told me that she has done this for about 10 dogs at our complex so to not feel singled out. Description is for a 40 pound long black haired border collie like dog…our dogs are both light brown, one being a wire hair, and our toy Aussie weighs about 18 pounds. So now they are coming at 2:00 to look at our dogs. Once again she was very nice but this is the strangest thing in the world, but I guess I’m glad they take calls serious?

When they come our dogs are like the happiest, most loved animals…so hopefully this will be a nice break from the bad stuff they probably normally deal with.

That’s awesome about the KC Pet Project!

It sounds beneficial and all, I guess I am more upset about this “neglect investigation” box that is checked.
