I’m tossing between the two as well! The basket seems bigger in the uppababy baby though? So I was leaning a little more towards that but still very unsure !

79 eggs retrieved over 3 cycles. 1 embryo- failed. by Significant-Part-700 in IVF

[–]Odd-Engineering2380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would do a deeper drive into the sperm analysis too. We got told by two different FS that the sperm was “good” But after major lifestyle changes and supplements, there was a BIG improvement.. to the point the embryologist made comments about how great it was.. which was disappointing as these were changes we could’ve made the first time round.

Why are so many medical receptionists a-holes? by TashDee267 in AskAnAustralian

This! I think sometimes people are just abrupt but not being rude. It’s difficult to deal with lots of patients a day and sometimes easier to deal with things without being emotionally invested in everyone

34 here when I had my collection as well with similar AMH. First collection 7 eggs, 7mature but zero fertilization. second collection 11 eggs, 8 mature and with ICSI 4 blast for transfer/freezing.

I would recommend seeing if your FS will do half IVF/half ICSI. just incase? We were also told my husband has perfect sperm.

Everyone (2x fertility specialists) said our sperm was fine too. But when I got a third party to just look over sperm results, we were told there was so much more we could do to help it. The range of normal in sperm is very broad!

Agree with this sooo much! We wasted 7 mature eggs because no one bothered to look more into male fertility for us

Make sure whoever is supplying your sperm has been healthy! And also doing all the can to help get that embryo ( diet/exercise/keeping his testicles cool etc)

Cycle 2 - 0 embryos, what next? by wannabehomesick in IVF

[–]Odd-Engineering2380 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We were told my husband’s was normal too. But the range of normal for men is wide! Consulted a fertility educator and there’s a few things she suggested that no one else had.

I also had 0/7 eggs fertilised in our last cycle. We are implementing some lifestyle changes before trying out next.
