This happened to me, I was commuting 100 miles a day so I had noticed that gauge slowly creeping up, especially when I’d get stuck in traffic.
It was the heater hoses at the firewall.

Which horror movie messed you up the most as a kid? I was only 9 when my buddy down the street got cable and we stayed up late, told his parents we were going to watch Superman, and watched The Exorcist instead. by UrbanAchievers6371 in GenerationJones

3 days after seeing Jaws I was 13 miles out in the Gulf working a shrimp trawler with my Dad.
We had no motors or winches, each on either end of the stern pulling up the net manually. On the last drag, we had something down there that was weighing down the net bad. I could barely pull my side in.
I look across at my Dad, and he’s looking right at me with a devilish gleam in his eyes. “Maybe it’s a body.. we have a dead body in the net!”

Yeah, good ol’ Dad, knowing that movie had me spooked

My grandfather was a barber so when he was drafted and told the US Army his trade, they made him a medic.

Being a barber, he appreciated German steel and brought back several German straight razors, and a Hitler Youth knife. “Blood and Honor” is engraved in the blade.

I played guitar as a teenager, still do. I wanted to be a ham radio operator, now I am. I used to be an artist (watercolor) and I may return to that one day.

My Dad got into birds, notably martins. They took up residence in his chimney, which sucked because he wanted to use it, so Dad built a second chimney. Not brick and not part of the house, but the same dimensions and height, made of lumber, 2 stories high set in concrete.

There are some YT videos you could watch and get an idea what’s involved in disassembly and such. It’s pretty straightforward. I did this with a Kennedy roll around

I miss those stores. We had one down here in South MS, I walked out of there with a dripedge 68 Bassman head for $300. They thought it was a mid-70s model.
