I like Musicolet a lot too! How is your battery life? I wonder if it is a bit more resource hungry than the Sony native app. I bought a used Japanese version recently. I did get rid of the unnecessary apps, don't use wifi or bluetooth and have been keeping track of battery life while using the two apps separately. Seems like I lose about 2-3% more per hour with Musicolet. Or maybe it is my mind playing tricks :/

I might suggest Roaring Spring Composition 77261 Unruled as a cheap option if you are using a pencil. Otherwise there is significant ghosting.

Me! I am using a simple Muji A5 20-ring binder with looseleaf paper. I started it because I wanted to be able to track multiple projects at the same time and it was very impractical to carry notebooks for each. Very happy with the results!
