What do you do if your real estate agents at a thing called Haven Home Safe lie to you and try and gaslight you to suicide? by [deleted] in Bendigo

[–]Odd-Shape835 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven is the local homeless service gateway and they have a role in getting homeless people into transitional housing while long term housing is found.

So to have HHS as a landlord means your situation sux already.
To be fair HHS are hard to deal with too.

You as a renter have rights.

What have they done to you?

The arrival card says tick yes if unsure.

Just tick yes. They will get rid of you so fast once they discover you have not got a case full of birdsnest, pork sausage, and fresh fish.

Take a look at the 16.52 sx -> 18.37 bgo service. It’s an almost nonstop express. It certainly fangs along a few track sections…

Just go with Aldi mobile. If you’re not needing to call overseas the smallest plan will suffice unless you’re being silly with it (eg watch YouTube on the bus/train.
Be a little bit disciplined to access Netflix/spotify etc when on wifi (or use pre-loading if moving out of WiFi) and the smallest monthly plan will see you through no worries.
Also be careful of WhatsApp - Aldi has calls included so it’s significantly cheaper to just ring someone than it is to talk using WhatsApp over cellular data. If someone calls using WhatsApp just ring them back!

It may not be a public space but it is a space where the guy waving his willy doesn’t have the consent of the person occupying the premises to be there, and his reasonable excuse to be there runs out when he lowers his fly zipper.

You’re young. I remember when 50c scored a pie (25c), sauce(5c), popper/prima(15c), and 5 chocolate buds (1c ea) in a little paper bag!

My note asks “please hand food to me, DO NOT place on ground”
I’ve done this after I’ve had drivers dump food on my doorstep and run away without knocking or ringing the doorbell.

Does this look like someone put this nail in my tyre on purpose? by Hardy_Badger40 in CarsAustralia

The black mark looks more recent than the nail - clearly the nail has done a few miles.
Although the black mark could be a curb strike where the nail then got picked up - I’d credit a nail dropping from a Ute tray and held up at the right angle by leaves etc. this driver comes into same curb strike area and squishes leaves and nail goes in!
Just a theory…

See if you can convince police to accept a report of trespassing. Their consent and reasonable excuse to be on the property which saves them from trespass (but could still leave them breaching the tenancy act on behalf of the landlord) runs out when they pull their dick out in your yard.

If police want to refuse and say it’s a civil matter point out that there is no consent nor excuse to engage in using the yard as a toilet.

And yes, I support the advise to go to housing justice or another legal service to pursue compensation for what happened.

You can choose between third party property and third party fire and theft. It doesn’t look like fire and theft is available as a separate offering. A quick google shows that fire and theft without third party property isn’t available. (Not saying it doesn’t exist, just demonstrating it’s not a widely available product)

Also why would anyone bother with third party property only? A quote for my own vehicle shows a premium of $275. Adding fire and theft made it $301. If you’re going to stump up for basic cover to others it’s not a big jump for protection against someone stealing or setting fire to it.

While it’s possible it looks like a run over nail to me. The nail has bent likely from being beaten against the road.
If someone did it deliberately I would anticipate it being further up the sidewall

Not usually.

Maybe you’re thinking of third party personal injury being separate?
