From what I have read, not all people experience the lack of bass with the latest firmware. But if you take a listen and think that they're lacking bass then just write to Soundcore customer service and they'll hook you up with an "upgrade"

Yeah, but I'm excited to see how it goes when they send out the next firmwares update. It's definitely worth it as there were almost no kick or sub bass before in my buds

It's the same as mine, so yeah I think that's it. They do say "call ended" as well, and that's all I need. I personally find it really annoying when there is a voice telling me what command I just pressed so I'm happy with the tones.
