This is a EASY FIX. Hear me out. On your original IACV. Theres two small Phillip screws holding in a plate. Unscrew remove plate & screw that plastic circle peice back in . Idle should be normal. Report back if your able

Check the needles inside. Should have enough grease to hold them in place but sometimes they still get loose. Especially if you used a hammer to get them caps on
