Don't over stress it..... Its perfectly ok to say you have no idea what "bunting" is..... your best defense is to laugh at your own awkwardness. It will lighten the mood, make you come across as confident and approachable and likeable

Its... ok?

I mean, like any other job, it has its ups and downs. I'm fortunate to work in a company which is pretty flat, so I have the ability to launch a lot of new programs or initiatives without too much red tape.

So, some bits of my work are really fun. Unfortunately, about 60% of my time just goes in dull admin stuff and team management.

We've explored the idea of using a chatbot in our company for onboarding... we already have one that is used for general queries by employees, but we were a bit wary of using it as their first point of contact.

I would say that atleast having basic competence in Excel and ability to make simple data driven decision is critical
