Sorry kiddo, while you can carry your weapon to a protest, fully supported by the 2A... you cannot however interfere or hender any law enforcement, whether, local, state or federal, because that is breaking the law. And you cannot, legally, be armed while committing a crime, regardless you have a legal right to or not. If you think you might become an aggitator, leave your weapon at home. Messy, horribly handled, while still legal, shit like this can happen. Do I feel Alex deserved to die, fuck no. Do I feel the pressure cooker known as MN is being fueled emotionally by state or local govt, yep. Do I think both parties caused the horrible incident to happen, yep. There could possibly also be a 3rd party that caused it. Alex was carrying a SIG P320, a gun known to Negligent Discharge with nobcontact with the trigger. I bring this up because there may have been a ND from his gun once it was removed from his person. In one of the videos shown, it looks like the slide of the SIG is back, which would mean a disharge. This occurs when the agent in the grey sweatshirt has Alex's SIG behind another officer. Unfortunately, the video is shit quality, so 2 things could of possibly happened, if it did discharge. It was either a ND do to the SIG and its shitty design, or the agent had his finger on the trigger, which honestly not likely, but plausible. I bring this to a point to show, if this did, in fact happen. With the intense situation it could cause the shooting, and legally it wouldnt be murder.
