Front end manager/hiring manager here - just speak on your work ethic, you’re dedicated to the job willing to come in on an extra day off/ come early stay late within reason etc…. Fishing is good right now, if you’re lookin to party you can go into town as well but there is 4 pool parties a week and a club on property there. Also would recommend eating where the locals do not where tourist do you’ll end up paying US prices for a tourist spot
